I'm tired. I have opened the gym 8 of the last 10 days. I think it has started to catch up to me. I have 1 appointment tomorrow, which is good because I like money, but I would be nice to sleep in at least once in awhile.
Wednesday I didn't get to ride as much as I'd like but I still managed to get in about 1:22 of ride time. Yesterday I was almost completely worthless. I worked, went into the office and watch basketball all day. I even fell asleep in the office for a short period of time. We had a department lucheon and I had a HUGE piece of cheese cake. It tasted great!!! Unfortunately I felt it on my ride later in the evening. I only rode for 55 minutes, but shit....it was hard to manage just over 17mph.
Currently I'm sitting in a st. louis bread co. have a cup of the black magic. I'm going to head home, take a small nap, then hop on the TT bike for about an hour, then the road bike for about an hour. Then, after I enjoy my day off (since it has been spring break all week, I thought I desereved at least 1 day of fun; a taping of girls gone wild in mexico would have been even better, but no such luck this spring), I am going to head into the office so Mike and I can go watch the SLU baseball team play Illinois St. Now this should be a good day. Tomorrow, St. Pat's day, which means a drunken mess after my appointment!!! Thats all I need to lose the couple of pounds that I need to lose...oh well, I guess it's only once a year!!
